SCI HOUSTON FUNDRAISER SUCCESS DEPENDS ON THE GOOD WILL AND GENEROSITY OF OUR DONORS TO RAISE CAPITAL ANNUALLY TO DEFEND YOUR HUNTING RIGHTS. WHILE MANY OUTFITTERS MAKE TRIP DONATIONS TO AID OUR CAUSE, IT IS COMMON PRACTICE FOR THE WINNING BIDDER TO UPGRADE THESE DONATIONS. A WINNING BIDDER THAT DOES NOT UPGRADE, OR STACKS TRIPS FROM MULTIPLE AUCTIONS WITHOUT UPGRADING, IS COUNTER-PRODUCTIVE TO OUR LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR DONORS. IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION SOME DONORS MAY NOT HONOR YOUR TRIP IF YOU STACK MULTIPLE TRIPS BACK TO BACK WITHOUT UPGRADING. SCI HOUSTON DOES NOT CONDONE THE PRACTICE OF STACKING THESE DONATED TRIPS WITHOUT UPGRADING. IF A DONOR DOES NOT HONOR A DONATION DUE TO STACKING, SCI HOUSTON IS NOT OBLIGATED TO ISSUE A REFUND. ALL AUCTION SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL Some donations, like those from Southern Cross Safaris, Detail Co., HP Wingshooting Adventures and Vickie McMillan are being offered at special events throughout the year, as noted in the descriptions.
